METHODOLOGY FOR CREATING AN INFORMATION EXCURSION SERVICE SYSTEM IN THE HISTORICAL PART OF THE CITY ZMEINOGORSK

Abstract

The article presents the results of the work of a group of researchers on the creation of a system of information excursion services for tourists in the historical part of the city Zmeinogorsk. The project developed by the authors is focused on the development of cultural and educational tourism in the region, overcoming the technological gap in the provision of information services, the introduction of modern digital technologies in the service of tourists. The results of the research project contribute to the improvement of local history work with students in educational institutions of the city.
