INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF DIGITAL COMPETENCIES OF STUDENTS OF IT SPECIALTIES IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS

Abstract

The article examines the effectiveness of the introduction of innovative teaching methods for the formation of digital competencies of college students of IT specialties. A comparative analysis of traditional and modern pedagogical technologies, such as project-based learning, the use of information and communication platforms, gamification, virtual and augmented reality, as well as artificial intelligence systems, is carried out. Using the example of first-year students, it was revealed that the use of innovative methods significantly increases the level of digital skills, motivation and practical skills in comparison with traditional teaching methods. Experimental results confirm the need to integrate modern technologies into the educational process in order to train competent specialists who meet the requirements of the modern labor market.
