Abstract

The article presents two complementary aspects in working with people with disabilities: areas of psychological work with young people and a program of psychological and pedagogical support for families raising young people with disabilities on the basis of a comprehensive social services center for the population. This program allows you to create organizational and professional conditions for systematic activities on the psychological and pedagogical support of families raising young people with disabilities. The program involves increasing the psychological and pedagogical competence of parents in matters of education, development and socialization of young people with disabilities, involving parents in joint activities with young people with disabilities, aimed at forming a regular social circle. The specifics of the program «From heart to heart» is both simultaneous interaction of children and parents, and events separately for parents and young people.
