Abstract

In the modern world there are various studies devoted to preschool education, including the problem of the development of teacher in a preschool educational institution. A review of foreign trend researches allows us to understand the vectors of development of modern pedagogical thought in the field of preschool education and training of professional pedagogical personnel. This makes it possible to search for content, new forms and teaching aids that provide in practice ample opportunities for self-actualization, self-development and self-realization of the individual, both of a preschool child and the technology of self-improvement of the teacher himself.
