PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF ORGANIZATION OF FAMILY MEDIATION SERVICE ON THE BASIS OF PRESCHOOL ISTITUTION

Abstract

It is no secret that modern parents, educational organizations, and most importantly children are immersed in a hurricane of vital metamorphoses. Many people ask: «How to live in the era of millennials, a deadly virus, gadgets and total psychological stress? How to raise an emotionally stable, mentally balanced, and most importantly a happy child?». This question is asked not only by old-timers, but also by young personnel. The upbringing and maintenance of the mental health of modern children is the most pressing problem of modern education at all levels. Effective work with the families of students is an important task in solving this problem. The contingent of children's families is diverse, which is why it is so important to find an individual approach and provide the necessary assistance to each family. Working on this issue creates conditions for the professional and personal growth of teachers, improving the skills of communication with the families of students, finding ways to resolve conflict situations. In order to create conditions for the professional and personal development of teachers, as well as for the settlement of family conflicts, we decided to create a family mediation service.
