The article substantiates the relevance of the methodological growth of a teacher and teacher - the organizer of the RSFI AE "Altai Regional Palace of Children and Youth Creativity", one of the four resource centers of the Altai Krai in the field of additional education for children. An algorithm for the formation of methodological competence of this category of specialists through the creation of an intra-organizational form of personnel development is shown: identification of professional deficits, building an individual trajectory of professional development and successful certification of a teacher of additional education.References
