Abstract

The article is dedicated to the 115th anniversary of the birth of the first head of the Physics and Mathematics Department of the Barnaul Teachers' Institute, the Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Barnaul State Pedagogical Institute, the first head of the Department of Physics and Mathematics of the BUI, the head of the Departments of Mathematics and Physics of the BSPI Evgeny Vasilievich Perminov. It highlights his contribution to the formation and development of pedagogical physics and mathematics education in the Altai Territory, the training of teachers of mathematics and physics in the 30-70s of the XX century.
