Extracurricular activities are defined as a stage and form of continuous training in the process of learning the Russian language. The presented approach, which determines the work options and the choice of material, indicates the novelty of the research. Extracurricular activities contribute to the creation of a situation of natural communication, the development of the norms of the Russian language. The article describes the forms of work with students of Russian-Tajik and Tajik schools, students of philological and non-linguistic faculties of the Republic of Tajikistan. Conducting extracurricular activities has a positive effect on the formation of students' communicative competence and prepares them for admission to the university as part of a continuous educational trajectory «School - University».References
