THE CULTURAL HERITAGE OF KAZAKHSTAN: MERGING TRADITIONAL PAST AND INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

This paper explores the multifaceted interaction between the rich spiritual heritage of the Kazakh people and the dynamic changes occurring in modern society. The article reveals how the historical layers of national self-awareness continue to influence the formation of identity in the context of globalization and technological transformation. The author analyzes key elements of the cultural foundation: the philosophical views of ancestors, the moral principles of the traditional way of life, and the artistic manifestations of the national spirit. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms for preserving these values during a period of active modernization of the state. The paper demonstrates that genuine progressive development is only possible through the organic integration of time-tested experience with cutting-edge modern achievements. The study reveals examples of the successful adaptation of traditional knowledge to current social development challenges.
