SYSTEM OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO INTRODUCE CHILDREN TO RUSSIAN TRADITIONAL CULTURE (FROM THE EXPERIENCE OF THE YARILO FOLK ANTHRUMB)

Abstract

The article presents the experience of spiritual and moral education of students through the study of folk culture and traditions of the Altai region by means of familiarization with traditional holidays of the folk calendar. The role of the folklore ensemble "Yarilo" in the development of children's creative abilities is displayed. Calendar and ritual holidays are a factor of positive influence on the emotional sphere of children, give an opportunity to express their creative abilities without excessive psychological stress, promote unity of the participants. Participation in the ensemble creates favorable conditions for the transmission of traditional culture to children and adults, promotes self-realization of students, and strengthens the ensemble's relationships with parents and grandparents.
