The article analyzes the main prerequisites for the emergence of the MPTM, the elements of the methodology, the key problems solved with the help of the MPTM in the educational space of the region. The author compares the qualimetric indicators of the management efficiency of the MPTM and modern indicators of the quality of education. The structural components of dissertation research on pedagogy within the framework of the concept of the MPTM and pedagogical research of the last three years are compared. The article substantiates the innovative potential of the MPTM in the context of the Strategy for the Development of Education, as well as the development of human resources.References
