NEW PRIORITIES OF MODERNIZATION OF PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION: THE EXPERIENCE OF THEIR IMPLEMENTATION IN V.P. ASTAFYEVA KSPU

Abstract

In the article the main tasks of modernizing pedagogical education include the allocation of specific ways to implement modern pedagogical skills and creativity in the real practice of education, the creation of the necessary conditions for this, the formation of key priorities for the development of the entire system of pedagogical education, the development of specific educational practices and technologies, providing them with the necessary qualified personnel. The article presents the first positive results of the university activities in the following areas: new goal-setting (development of personal qualities of future teachers); employment of graduates and demanded competences (a map of the teacher’s above-subject competences and a system diagnostic complex for assessing their development); formation of a sustainable motivation for pedagogical activity; pedagogical internship as a form of practical training for students.
