The article presents the forms of postgraduate support of a young specialist, realized in the pedagogical university, which contribute to the effective construction and realization of the trajectory of professional development. The author considers employment in a small rural school of a beginner teacher, a graduate of a pedagogical university, as the most optimal variant of his social mobility, and the school itself with a specific social elevator. The article presents the results of the startup competition for young teachers, examples of successful polyfunctional teacher activities (project activities, additional education); the main directions of work of the mobile moderator platform with the same name of the article at the Forum «Young Teacher.
