The article reveals the problem of improving the process of the professional development of young specialists in the field of preschool education. The participation of teachers in professional forums, conferences, sections, creative groups is defined as an effective way of entering the teaching profession, as the opportunity of being involved into the educational community of different levels and participants. The article presents the results of the survey of the potential participants of the I International Forum «Young teacher: formula for success», held on the basis of the Altai State Pedagogical University. The results of the survey will focus on trends and problem areas of young teachers activities, will improve the quality of preschool education specialists training and their methodological support at the Preschool Educational Institute.References
