Abstract

The article presents a reflection of the history and actual problems of tight oil production in the exposition and research and educational activities of the Museum of oil Institute of petroleum chemistry SB RAS. The results can be used in the formation of information base of science, solving practical problems of the oil industry, in research and educational activities.
