The development of students’ creative abilities at the lessons of writing and speaking practice of the second language (German)

Abstract

This article deals with some forms of work for the development of students’ creative abilities at the lessons of speaking and writing practice on the topic «Beim Arzt» («At the doctor") 4th year students at the LanguageinstituteofAltai State PedagogicalAcademy (Barnaul).The teacher must create a favorable social environment while teaching a foreign language that helps each student to actively participate in communication. In this regard, the development of the creative personality is one of the main tasks of the specialist training at the Language institute, that presupposes the fact that at the foreign language lessons the teacher involves the students into such forms of work that motivate them to creative activity.
