At last time the interest to Roman imperial army in scientific and popular literature very increase. But there are little books and articles pay attention to history of different Roman legions. In this article on the basis of different kind sources and new foreign critical literature we try to consider the general periods of history one of the famous Roman legion, which had dislocation in Roman province Moesia (territory of modern Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia) in time of principate (I-III centure A. D.).References
