The authors conducted a scientific research aimed at the study of the self-perception by the professional community of the heads of preschool educational organizations. The article contains the body of knowledge in which the pre-school leaders need first and foremost. The most important aspects of their social and work situations are noted, i.e. which attract the most attention, require detailed planning and close monitoring. All findings were interpreted by the authors.References
