TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF FORMATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION OF THE IDENTITY OF STUDENTS

Abstract

The material presented in article is a theoretical analysis and practical experience of formation of a professional orientation of the identity of students. In work it is noted that success of this process possibly by creation of special model and technology of formation of a professional orientation of the identity of students. The model and the technology of formation of a professional orientation of the identity of students realizing it consisting of six blocks is considered and represents organic orderliness of the purpose, the contents and technology of vocational training. Fundamental difference of author’s approach is that the created model of formation of a professional orientation of the identity of students includes the main properties of system; it is complete since assumes unity and interrelation of all components of system that provides it steady functioning.
